What Is a Buyer Consult?
I like to sit down with a buyer for the first time at my office to discuss what exactly you’re looking for in a home, when you hope to find it, and how I can help you. I will walk you through the process from start to finish of buying a home, and will answer any of the questions you have about the process. We’ll end by a clear plan on next steps, whether that’s getting you pre-approved for a mortgage, or setting up a search based on your criteria for possible matches.
What Should You Bring?
You don’t need to bring anything, but some suggestions that might help are:
- A Pre-Approval Letter if you have one
- A list of your must haves/nice to haves and deal breakers
- A list of questions if you have any
- All parties involved in the process (parents, partner, spouse, friend, etc.)
How Long Will It Take?
The whole meeting should take less than hour, but that’s really dictated by you.
